Fishing Conditions

Late summer with low flows mean get up early on the upper Pine. Dry/droppers are a good option right now with terrestrials and attractor nymphs.

The outflow of the dam is higher, but fishing will be decent.  With the higher flows below, fishing a heavy nymph rig with worms, stonefly nymphs, or a mop.

Nymphs: Prince nymphs 14-18, Pat’s Rubberlegs 8-12 or Jigged Pats 8-12, Black and Blue Copper Johns 14-18, Pheasant tails 18-22, Juju Baetis 18-20, San Juan Worms.
